Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer IV to drive large-scale transformation by modernizing the ecosystem that powers their Voluntary Business.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build features and services on the integration platform to connect and orchestrate applications
Guide a team of developers by providing technical direction and coaching best practices
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Architects to refine scope and deliver high-quality integration solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 8 years of related experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, React, and SQL
Experience leading development teams in an agile environment
Proven background in system design, integration patterns, and APIs
