Job Summary
Leading the design and development of advanced autonomous robotics systems, the fully remote Software Engineer IV will architect real-time control systems, computer vision, and sensor fusion algorithms while providing technical leadership across engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of autonomous robotic systems and develop real-time control systems
- Design and optimize computer vision and object detection algorithms for robotic applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams while ensuring quality standards are met
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or real-time control
- Expert proficiency in C++ and experience with Python and other relevant programming languages
- Strong background in robotics algorithms, including motion planning and control theory
- Experience with ROS/ROS2 or equivalent real-time frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
