Software Engineer (Java)

Job Summary

Joining the development team, the full-time Software Engineer (Java) will be responsible for writing efficient code, supporting production issues, and participating in technical design discussions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code along with automated tests
• Support and resolve production issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

Required qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience developing Java-based web applications in an agile environment
• Familiarity with Spring framework, Spring Boot, Junit, Maven, and RabbitMQ
• Experience with distributed system architecture, RESTful services, and SQL databases
• Comfortable with software development using Visual Studio Code
• A strong desire to learn new technologies and demonstrate a growth mindset
