Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative API solutions, the full-time remote Software Engineer (Java API) will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable and scalable Process API solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Work with analysts and engineers to transform strategy into actionable Process API solutions
• Utilize journey feedback and operational data to enhance customer interactions and reduce friction
• Coordinate across systems and teams to advance policy capabilities and address business gaps

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and supporting modern Process API solutions
• Familiarity with SAFe, Agile delivery, and cross-team collaboration
• Hands-on experience with Java-based API development, particularly using Spring Boot
• Knowledge of RESTful API design best practices, including security and performance optimization
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
