Job Summary

Seeking a Software Engineer L2 for a full-time remote position to architect, build, and manage a new real-time benefits management platform, collaborating closely with operations specialists and product stakeholders to enhance service performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-stack Python + TypeScript codebase, ensuring quality and architectural integrity
• Monitor production performance and operational metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into effective software solutions and product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software with strong fluency in Python and TypeScript
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management, with a solid understanding of performance optimization
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent) and maintaining high-availability systems
• Strong systems thinking and experience in designing resilient, scalable services
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices, leveraging AI for efficient code production
