Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Lead Consultant who will architect and design digital products using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in inceptions and iteration planning meetings, providing technical input in collaboration with product managers
• Collaborate across product portfolios and serve as an expert in business domains and technology stacks
• Establish and lead practices for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment while coaching the team in paired programming and test-driven development

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant experience preferred
• Proven expertise in one or more business domains
• Experience with multiple technology stacks
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices
• Experience in coaching teams and leading software development practices
