Software Engineer Lead Consultant

Job Summary

Architecting and designing digital products, the fully remote Software Engineer Lead Consultant will utilize modern tools and technologies, manage application production, and ensure the success of digital products by achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings, providing technical input in collaboration with product managers
• Lead daily standups and retrospectives, fostering feedback and collaboration across product teams
• Establish and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines while coaching the team on best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in multiple technology stacks and business domains
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of API development and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with paired programming and test-driven development methodologies
