Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the fully remote Software Engineer Manager will architect and design digital products, oversee the application lifecycle, and ensure the success of software solutions by achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Shapes the architecture and design of products while participating in product scoping and technical discussions
• Leads knowledge sharing initiatives and fosters team collaboration through retrospectives and daily standups
• Establishes continuous integration and deployment practices, guiding the team in technology choices and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in software engineering and team leadership
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with CI/CD practices and microservices architecture
• Strong background in API development and integration
• Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
