Software Engineer - Patient Portal

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Software Engineer - Patient Portal, the successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain web portal applications for patients, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to enhance user experience and functionality.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in design and technical implementation decisions, ensuring high standards of excellence
• Collaborate with Product Managers to gather requirements and support software from ideation to release and maintenance
• Design, build, and maintain highly available systems for business applications and patient support

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience, particularly with secure, scalable web applications using NodeJS, TypeScript, and React
• Experience with front-end development and software development lifecycle processes
• Extensive knowledge of Test-Driven Development and service-oriented architecture
• Experience with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, and S3
• Strong relational database skills, including database design and optimization
