Software Engineer (Payments)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Payments) to develop and maintain a unified payments service for healthcare transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features for the shared payments service using .NET/C# and AWS
• Integrate external payment provider APIs and ensure secure, PCI-compliant transaction handling
• Collaborate with front-end developers to support seamless user payment experiences and troubleshoot payment platform issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience with proficiency in .NET/C#
• Familiarity with front-end development, particularly React, and backend API interactions
• Experience or strong interest in payment systems and transactional workflows
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Understanding of microservices architecture and secure coding practices within compliance frameworks like PCI DSS
