Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer for USA Payroll Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in a metadata-driven development scrum team
Collaborate with Product Managers and QA to refine requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure quality of the delivered product
Mentor and learn from team members through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:

3+ years experience in Web application development or SaaS; UML knowledge is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in programming techniques, object-oriented languages, object modeling, and application programming design
Experience building large-scale enterprise-level software with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
Experience with XML and Integration technologies
