Software Engineer, Production Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Production Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex product issues across frontend, APIs, and data flows
• Write and ship fixes while improving system reliability and addressing recurring issues
• Act as a technical escalation point for the support team and enhance debugging workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related fields, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Familiarity with web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, including SQL query writing and debugging
• Comfortable navigating production codebases and debugging across various platforms
• Experience in shipping code, including PRs and small features
