Software Engineer Reconciliation

Job Summary

Joining the Recon and Reporting team, the full-time Software Engineer, Reconciliation will own small, well-defined projects to build and maintain systems for reconciling financial data and ensuring accurate reporting, working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage projects end-to-end, including requirement clarification, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Build and maintain features within ingestion and reconciliation pipelines to ensure alignment with internal transaction data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to technical design and product decisions impacting financial reporting and compliance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software or data engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical experience
• Experience with batch- or event-driven data pipelines and workflow orchestration technologies
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language and solid SQL skills
• Experience delivering well-scoped projects or features from design to operation
