Software Engineer - Salesforce Commerce

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Software Engineer - Salesforce Commerce Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of the eCommerce platform, including incident management and site performance
• Monitor the B2C Commerce Cloud and Order Management platform for performance issues and implement corrective actions
• Analyze system performance metrics and manage deployments of updates and new features to ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in Digital Commerce technology
• Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud and related deployment processes
• Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
