Software Engineer, Security Observability

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Software Engineer, Security Observability, this role will design and develop scalable software systems to enhance security observability infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting or at offices in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software systems for security observability across infrastructure
• Build and maintain data pipelines that centralize and store security-relevant data from diverse sources
• Collaborate with Detection & Response and other security teams to reduce security risk

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or similar
• Experience with infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and cloud platforms such as Azure
• Background in building and maintaining data pipelines for security-related use cases
• Generalist engineering mindset with flexibility across technical domains
• Ability to collaborate effectively with security and engineering teams
