Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend systems and database engines
• Strong proficiency in Go, with experience in Python or C++
• Experience in developing and operating PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other databases
• Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale
• Familiarity with database internals, query optimization, or distributed consensus algorithms is a plus
