Job Summary

Software Engineer, SRE Platforms, is a full-time position focused on building and maintaining services that support incident management platforms and enhance engineering velocity through AI-augmented workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain high-availability services that integrate core Incident Management tools
• Develop AI services that provide real-time summaries and automated root-cause hypotheses for on-call engineers
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code to manage serverless infrastructure and ensure reliability tools are resilient

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Go preferred)
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools
• Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and basic networking concepts
• Familiarity with Git and version control
