Software Engineer Support Analyst
Job Summary
To support an enterprise IT and engineering team, the remote contract Software Engineer Support Analyst will provide cross-platform hardware, software, and network support while integrating AI voice agents into communication tools like Slack.
Key responsibilities
- Interface with Slack and the AI Research team to build, integrate, and optimize a voice agent into the Slack platform
- Provision, configure, and troubleshoot Apple, Dell, and mobile devices across various operating systems
- Support enterprise applications and manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions while diagnosing TCP/IP networking issues
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT desktop support or technical support within a large enterprise environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot multi-OS setups and enterprise SaaS applications
- Hands-on knowledge of network troubleshooting and Active Directory administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline
- Experience with mobile or software development tools is preferred
