Software Engineer/Systems Integrator
Job Summary
To contribute to a significant government project, the full-time Software Engineer/Systems Integrator will design and implement software solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and the Esri Suite while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions for GIS Web Applications
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure system availability, fault tolerance, and scalability
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, software bugs, and integration issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science
- At least five years of relevant experience in software development
- Demonstrated experience in JavaScript, Python, Nginx, and the Esri Suite
- Experience with Docker containerization and Agile software development
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance
