Software Engineer, Tax Experience

Job Summary

To enhance the Tax Experience team, the full-time Software Engineer with Tax Experience will develop end-to-end features for user-facing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write code and own end-to-end features for crucial products on the roadmap
• Collaborate with the core team on solution design, implementation details, and operational excellence
• Execute new ideas to build products that adapt to fluid or ambiguous business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 2-4+ years of industry experience
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python, Go, Rust, or C/C++/C#
• Experience in Tax, Compliance, Finance, or related domains, particularly DAC7, OECD Model Rules, KYC, or VAT
• Able to manage initiatives with ambiguous or rapidly shifting requirements
