Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team in developing a next-generation SaaS platform using .NET technologies
Analyze complex systems and lead architectural design discussions
Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and optimize applications for performance

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in developing enterprise software
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 2 additional years of experience
Experience with C# and .NET for web application development
Familiarity with relational databases, preferably SQL Server
Strong experience in CI/CD systems and software source control, preferably Git
