Job Summary

As a technical leader in a full-time remote capacity, the Software Engineer Team Lead will drive the product roadmap, oversee the development of AI-driven code tools, and ensure the engineering team remains unblocked while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Set technical direction and manage the engineering roadmap for products like Batch Changes and Code Monitors
• Translate customer feedback into actionable plans and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Mentor team members and enhance team practices for reliable product delivery

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading teams that build developer tools or AI products
• Strong technical background with expertise in architecture and code quality
• Experience in customer-facing roles, incorporating feedback into product roadmaps
• Hands-on experience with coding agents and their integration into workflows
