Software Engineer Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading application security vulnerability remediation, the remote Software Engineer Team Lead will coordinate across multiple development teams, provide technical guidance, and drive vulnerabilities from identification through complete remediation on a 5-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate remediation of static and dynamic security vulnerabilities identified through multiple security tools
- Review code and analyze vulnerabilities to determine root cause and appropriate remediation
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams while tracking vulnerabilities through ServiceNow
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with approximately 7 years typical for lead-level designation
- Strong C# / .NET development experience, including .NET 10
- Experience with React and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills, including vulnerability triage and root-cause analysis
- Ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on
