Job Summary
To support a dynamic project environment, the remote Software Engineer Team Leader will manage application development and maintenance, oversee team assignments, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth system operations on a 5-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigns and directs the work of team members while estimating timelines and technical efforts for planning
- Designs, develops, tests, and deploys software, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of existing applications
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and implements software performance improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of related experience
- Experience with test-driven development and agile development processes
- In-depth understanding of design patterns and their application
