Software Engineer Text Transformers

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Text Transformers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design, development, and optimization of robust, scalable systems and infrastructure for deploying pioneering algorithms and systems based on large language models
• Engage actively throughout the project lifecycle, taking full ownership from inception to deployment and subsequent iterations
• Work with internal engineering customers to understand new requirements and address them in a scalable and efficient manner

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and performance
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing high-quality software, delivering production-ready code, managing infrastructure, and crafting RESTful APIs to industry standards
• Clear, structured thinking and a track record of delivering complex projects
• Startup experience with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment
• Experience in Python or other programming languages such as Go, Java, or C++
