Software Engineer V - SRE

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer V specializing in Infrastructure and SRE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a monitoring strategy for high-availability applications
• Build and maintain observability infrastructure using Terraform and AWS-native monitoring services
• Collaborate with application engineers to effectively instrument and debug services running on AWS

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in SRE, platform, or infrastructure roles
• Hands-on experience with Terraform in AWS environments
• Deep familiarity with AWS observability tools, including ECS, RDS, and EventBridge
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is contractually required
• Experience working in or alongside government agencies
