Key Responsibilities

• Complete software engineering and AI & data science bootcamp programs
• Contribute to real software projects during a paid apprenticeship
• Collaborate in sprint-based workflows and participate in code reviews

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior work experience in any industry
• Availability for 40 hours/week
• Successful completion of the aptitude assessment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Excitement to learn and grow in a structured environment
