Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead the development of a cloud-hosted cybersecurity training platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for the platform in collaboration with executive leadership
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative culture
• Guide the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Azure-based micro-services while ensuring reliability and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in leadership or management roles in cloud-based environments
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining production systems in Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies like React and backend services using Golang and Python
• Experience with Azure Container Registry, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills managing remote, cross-functional teams
