Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Software Development department, managing budgets and product performance
Participate in strategic decisions regarding technologies and processes for product development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development teams
Minimum 7 years of experience in product solution design, development, testing, and release cycles
Minimum 3 years leading software engineers in an agile environment
Experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure Development, and TypeScript
