Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering (Java, Streaming).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of an analytic decisioning platform and manage backend and frontend engineering teams
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand priorities and provide feedback on software requirements
• Continuously improve engineering practices and coach team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles for scalable systems
• Experience in designing and operating commercial software with high throughput capabilities
• Significant expertise in Java and Spring, with hands-on experience in modern software design patterns
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container management
• Experience with cloud deployment models and stream processing platforms
