• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile Methodology
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (Azure and/or AWS)
• Experience with P&C insurance platforms and operations
• Proven ability to manage and lead geographically distributed teams
