Key Responsibilities

• Directs and manages large and complex application development projects in the payments domain
• Provides technical leadership for solution design and engineering, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Maintains relationships with internal clients and oversees the performance of the solution design and engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher-level education preferred (Master's, PhD, or certifications)
• 15+ years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility
• Deep knowledge of payment operations and regulatory requirements
• Extensive experience in application development with distributed technologies
