Software Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DIR Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software engineering projects for the Mortgage Servicing industry
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on software development tools and Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with business partners to plan and execute development projects related to mortgage servicing investor reporting software solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in software engineering within the Mortgage Servicing industry
• 5 years managing IT teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Confluent Kafka, and Java
• 3 years developing mortgage servicing investor reporting software solutions for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae
