Software Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director, Software Engineering will be responsible for delivering the Nebula eDiscovery platform roadmap, enhancing cloud architecture, and driving AI capabilities while managing engineering operations and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the Nebula development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and quality management
• Advance platform architecture for scalability, performance, and reliability in handling large data volumes
• Partner with Product and research teams to transition AI features from prototype to production quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in management roles
• Proven experience in shipping and operating commercial SaaS products on a major cloud platform
• Experience delivering AI- or ML-powered product features to production
• Fluency in modern delivery practices, including agile, CI/CD, and automated testing
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
