Job Summary

Leading a team of software engineers and project managers, the full-time salaried Software Engineering Director will oversee application development projects, manage continuous improvement processes, and ensure timely delivery of major digital initiatives across various channels in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day application development projects and facilitate compliance with standard tools and processes
• Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to deliver projects on time and within budget while promoting client satisfaction
• Implement and manage a continuous improvement program to enhance quality and consistency across application development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of application development leadership experience, including 7+ years in architecture development and backend system integration
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native solutions, microservices architecture, and API orchestration
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.JS, Java, SQL, and NoSQL
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate development tasks
• Undergraduate or graduate degree or equivalent education and experience
