Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all custom software development initiatives, establishing departmental objectives and performance measurement tools
• Implement enterprise-wide software development standards and best practices to meet strategic needs
• Drive digital transformation through innovative software solutions and mentor software engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Ten years of progressively responsible managerial experience in software engineering, with at least three years managing high-performing technical teams
• Experience in developing and managing large scale enterprise-grade software/applications through SDLC principles
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure, and modern software development frameworks
• Proven leadership competencies with a track record of delivering complex software projects and building high-performing teams
