Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team across content generation, application, and integrations
• Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones with engineers to foster growth and address challenges
• Architect and oversee the end-to-end generative workflow and ensure system health through metrics and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping B2B SaaS software, including 2+ years in a lead or manager role
• Hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and AWS technologies
• Experience with React and Tailwind front-end applications integrated with Rails backends
• Familiarity with generative AI ecosystems and data ingestion pipelines
• Strong project management skills and a collaborative leadership style
