Software Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational, maintenance, and project work within the Application Development team
• Lead, motivate, and engage team members to cultivate a culture of excellence
• Write SOLID code using test-driven development methodologies and ensure technical debt is kept low

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS/CSE/MIS, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of enterprise-level software development using Microsoft technology stack
• Technical certifications are a plus (MCSD, MCPD)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies
• Proven leadership and team management skills
