Software Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time Software Engineering Lead will manage daily operations, mentor team members, and engage in hands-on development while ensuring high-quality software delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage operational, maintenance, and project work within the Application Development team
• Lead and motivate team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Design, code, configure, unit test, and deploy applications in accordance with technical and business specifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of enterprise-level software development experience using the Microsoft technology stack
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL Server with a strong understanding of SOLID principles and test-driven development
• Project experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Technical certifications such as MCSD or MCPD are a plus
