Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product team and stakeholders to implement new features and services
• Lead engineering projects from design to implementation and ongoing operation
• Coach and mentor direct reports while fostering a positive engineering culture

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a SaaS startup environment
• Full-stack experience in a modern technology stack with prior software engineering experience
• Experience leading teams on technical projects and developing team members
• Deep knowledge of at least one mainstream programming language, preferably Node.js or Go
• Experience with modern practices in testing, QA, DevOps, CI/CD, and service ownership
