Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a global software development team in the Oncology domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for software development engineers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality software
• Manage multiple ongoing projects, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues to bring projects to delivery
• Guide the career development of team members, providing performance feedback and conducting evaluations

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in building and managing high-performance engineering teams
• 8+ years of experience in software development using Java or similar languages
• Experience leading remote teams
• Experience in biotech or another regulated industry is a strong plus
