Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• 2+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and coaching engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale customer-facing products
• Proficiency in technologies such as Ruby, React, and SQL
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships
