Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time salaried Software Engineering Manager will oversee engineering operations, mentor team members, and define the product vision and roadmap for the Platform Team focused on shared services and data workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering team while coaching and developing engineers
• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business impact and stakeholder needs
• Translate business and technical needs into actionable initiatives and maintain project documentation and updates

Required qualifications

• Experience managing, coaching, or leading technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to define direction and drive execution in ambiguous environments
• Strong product and strategic judgment with the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Experience working with data reporting, analytics, or business intelligence systems
• Proven delivery ownership, including establishing timelines and managing dependencies
