Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and design to set the team's roadmap and gather requirements for specific features
Manage projects from start to scheduled finish, ensuring team members are unblocked, productive, and working collaboratively
Guide individual team members in their career paths, annual goals, and performance

Required Qualifications:

Ideally 5-7 years of software development experience in a production environment
Solid experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, REST and CRUD
Hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies, ideally with AWS
Intermediate knowledge of AuthN, AuthZ and/or RBAC
Practical experience with Unit, Integration, and E2E testing
