Job Summary

• Manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Collaborate with various teams to organize and manage timelines for web application development
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and process improvements while preserving the company culture

Required Qualifications:

• Background in software engineering with strong web development knowledge
• Experience leading teams using Microsoft Stack, bootstrap, and React
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management lifecycles
• Understanding of on-premise and cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
