Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager - QE Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the test automation strategy across internal Lead Platform applications
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QA engineers towards shared goals and high-impact execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define testable requirements and ensure quality in every phase of development
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software QA or test engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch in dynamic environments
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript automation tools
- Deep understanding of API testing (REST and GraphQL)
- Experience working in Agile environments with a strong grasp of SDLC and continuous delivery
