Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a technical team in developing AI-based services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to deliver AI-based services focused on document classification and data extraction
Provide professional and technical leadership, coaching, and feedback to the engineering team
Collaborate with Product Management and other Engineering Leaders to define work and manage multiple engineering workstreams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience creating high-quality and scalable solutions
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
Experience with software development lifecycle methodology and testing practices
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
Ability to provide coaching on software development, DevOps, and cloud-native architecture
