Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and support a diverse and inclusive engineering team focused on code quality and customer outcomes
• Partner with product management to define and deliver the roadmap for the cloud-native data lake platform
• Guide the team in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining scalable features with an emphasis on performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering management experience in distributed systems environments
• Expertise in cloud-native storage systems and high-throughput ingestion architectures
• Experience with Go, Node.js, or similar technologies
• Background in distributed systems and backend infrastructure at scale
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while balancing delivery and quality
