Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering (C#, .NET).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Architecture on quarterly planning
Recruit and retain a high-performing team while coaching members to reach their full potential
Identify and address technical issues impacting team progress and ensure delivery on roadmap commitments

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software design and development with a focus on scalable solutions
3+ years of experience leading software engineers to deliver new features or system enhancements
Experience with Microsoft stack including C#, Asp.Net, .Net, and SQL
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages
