Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Virtual) to lead the Common Embedded Software team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of embedded software engineers for safety-critical and non-safety critical applications
• Drive technical planning and execution, ensuring the team meets cost, schedule, and performance targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment on project goals

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance and program access
• 3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical management
• 3+ years of exposure to Agile development methodologies
• 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant engineering field is preferred
